This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all vendors who list, sell, and dispatch products through the Dr Wound platform. The purpose of this policy is to clearly outline how shipping, delivery, timelines, logistics, product handling, and related responsibilities will be managed. By registering as a vendor and listing products on the Dr Wound Vendor App, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

Vendor Responsibility for Shipping & Delivery

All shipping, delivery, packaging, dispatch, courier selection, logistics arrangements, tracking, customer communication regarding shipping, and final product handover to the customer are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Dr Wound does not handle or manage shipping operations, does not provide courier services, and does not take possession of any products at any point during the sales or delivery process.

Processing and Dispatch

Vendors are responsible for processing customer orders within a reasonable timeframe and dispatching products using reliable shipping partners. The vendor must ensure that products are properly packaged, labeled, and shipped in accordance with courier standards. Vendors are also responsible for updating the order status, including dispatch, transit, and delivery details, where applicable.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Dr Wound app are provided entirely by the vendor. These timelines are indicative and may vary based on:

  • Location
  • Courier service performance
  • Logistics issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Vendors are required to manage delivery expectations and communicate any delays directly to the customer.

Dr Wound’s Non-Liability for Delays or Issues

Dr Wound acts solely as a digital marketplace enabling vendors to list products and customers to place orders. At no point does Dr Wound control or influence the shipping process.

Therefore, Dr Wound is not responsible or liable for:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Failed deliveries
  • Lost shipments
  • Damaged products
  • Courier issues
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Delayed dispatches
  • Any logistical problems caused by the vendor or courier

All shipping-related liabilities rest entirely with the vendor.

Tracking and Customer Support

If tracking details are available, the vendor must provide them to customers through the app or through direct communication. Vendors are required to respond to customer queries regarding:

  • Shipping status
  • Delays
  • Delivery attempts
  • Courier-related issues

Dr Wound does not intervene or mediate in shipping or delivery conversations, except in special cases involving platform policy enforcement.

Shipping Charges

All shipping fees, delivery charges, packaging costs, or additional courier fees are determined and applied by the vendor. Dr Wound does not influence or regulate shipping pricing. Vendors must clearly communicate and display applicable shipping charges before order confirmation.

Delivery Failures

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, courier refusal, or similar circumstances, the vendor is responsible for handling:

  • Reshipment
  • Refunds
  • Any required follow-up actions

Dr Wound will not be responsible for failed delivery attempts or additional fees.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Products

If a product is damaged in transit, lost during shipping, or delivered incorrectly, the vendor is fully responsible for addressing the issue. This may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Direct customer support

Dr Wound does not inspect, handle, store, or manage products and cannot be held liable for product condition or shipping errors.

Order Completion

An order is considered completed only when the customer confirms delivery or when reliable proof of delivery is provided by the courier service used by the vendor.

Dr Wound may request supporting documentation from vendors in case of disputes, but all resolution responsibilities remain with the vendor.

Policy Updates

Dr Wound may revise or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations or legal requirements. Vendors will be informed of updates, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
